http://www.ala.org/ala/alsc/alscresources/summerreading/summerreading.htm. Booklists created by the Association for Library Service to Children. There are books listed for young, middle and older readers.

http://www.bookadventure.org/. The website looks a little young (it is labeled for K-8), but if you click on the "Read: Book List" button on the right, it lets you select books by grade level and interest.

http://www.reading.org/resources/tools/choices.html. International Reading Association has booklists created by children, by teachers and by young adults. They have a list for each year from 1998.
http://www.nationalbook.org/nbawinners2000.html. There is a category for Young People's Literature if you scroll down for each year listed to find the winner and the list of those books considered for that year.
http://www.webrary.org/rs/flbklists/Oldfash.html. A booklist from the Morton Grove Public Library in Illinois titled "Old Fashioned Reads: Books Your Parents and Grandparents (And Maybe You!) Loved" compiled in 1997 for children and young adults.
http://www.overbooked.org/. The Starred Reviews list has a Young Adult category that features titles that have been given a "star" review by various book review publications including Booklist, The Horn Book and School Library Journal. Some of these titles may be for older readers.
